RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
EXCHANGES AND PROCESSING
- V'Lozio must first be informed of any returns or exchanges via email or phone before shipping out your item.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days after the order's delivery.
- Merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for return or exchange.
- Merchandise must be accompanied by the invoice and original packaging.
- Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned
- Any merchandise sold "On Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days after we've receive the exchanged item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout. You must press "Apply" to see the order total updated.
We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.
Only one code can be used on a purchase.
Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
- All Discount codes will not apply to PRO HUT products unless the discount code specifies otherwise.

60 day Guarantee: If your order is not Delivered 60 days after it has been fulfilled, you will receive a full refund.
